Batman ranking officially confirmed

We are officially less than two months from the release of The batman, and the hype around the DC Comics-inspired blockbuster is only growing. Several trailers and a deluge of merchandise have shown what fans can expect from the project, including its grim take on the Caped Crusader lore. On Tuesday, the world of DC received another major update regarding the film – its official note. According to a new MPA Classification and Ratings Administration listing, The Batman was rated PG-13 for “very violent and disturbing content, drug content, foul language and certain suggestive elements.”

The batman will see Pattinson bring a whole new take on the character, with a cast that also includes Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Kravitz as Catwoman, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Real, Barry Keoghan as Officer Stanley Merkel and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth.

“[The fans] are [hardcore], and because I respect them so much, I chose not to think of them when making the movie, “Kravitz explained in a recent interview.” If I think about wanting everyone to like it and all the fans love it, I’m not really going to bring a real person to life. Matt wrote a really interesting story with a complex character, and the relationships are really interesting. All I wanted was to honor this story. “

“Sometimes with really big movies you can feel like you’re just a puppet and part of this big machine,” Kravitz continued. “It felt like an independent movie in that there was a real heart, soul and thoughtfulness in the process and in every scene. It was incredibly collaborative. Matt is very specific. It took him a year to put it together. to do because of Covid. We were in this bubble, really in this world, and it was an incredible experience. Spending a year of your life, and it’s very physically demanding … I had to be in a very specific form , and there’s a pandemic going on. I put on a catsuit every day at 7 a.m., work 12 hours a day, then come home and work out. It was intense. “
