She’s the Married At First Sight star who recently embarked on a journey to health and wellness.

But on Wednesday, Elizabeth Sobinoff revealed why she was refusing to share weight loss advice with fans.

“I get so many DMs asking me about weight and can I share what I eat in a day. Guys, I’m not the right person to follow if that’s what you want because everyone is different, everyone is good looking, ”the 30-year-old said on Instagram.

“I did a TV show so long ago and was scrutinized for my weight. Normally, I maintain my weight, eat very cleanly, and exercise every day.

Elizabeth continued, “I’m not the person to go for if you want weight advice. I’m living life for myself.

“If at any point in your life you need calories or whatever, just do what your body tells you to do. I’m not promoting weight loss tips or anything like that.

“I get so many DMs asking me about weight and can I share what I eat in a day.  Guys I'm not the right person to follow if that's what you want from me because everyone is different, everyone is beautiful, ”the 30-year-old said on Instagram.

After filming the sixth season of Married at First Sight in 2019, Elizabeth revealed that she had lost 10 kg.

She made her dramatic weight loss debut on the red carpet at the Logies Awards.

Elizabeth told Who magazine at the time that she lost weight following the popular 5: 2 diet, which can improve metabolism.

The 5: 2 approach involves eating 25 percent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally the other five days of the week.

Additionally, Elizabeth trains several times a week to reduce stress.

Her transformation came after she was outraged by her “husband” Sam Ball on their wedding day.

“I’ve never really dated girls as tall as Elizabeth in the past,” he told producers, before adding he should run her “in the morning” to lose weight.
