All the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers meetings this season are (thankfully) behind us. Memphis handled business fairly well, winning three of the four games and, for the most part, looked like the better team.
Circumstances matter and injuries need to be considered but, as they have been this year overall, Memphis have simply been better.
So to discuss the situation for both teams, predict what they might look like in the playoffs, marvel at Ja Morant doing amazing things, and honestly, just because I enjoy his company, I welcomed Keith Parish. of the “Fastbreak Breakfast” and the “Grits & Grinds” podcasts.
We start, of course, with the booming rivalry between the Grizzlies and Halsey. Because of course we do. Now do Keith or I have any idea who she is? Well, who’s to say. But we still had a lot of fun with it.
Observations in court:
-Bane has an unusually strong and coarse big ass fucking mouth
-Russ is really pissed off and knows what we can all see. I think he’s probably going to get better.
-Everyone (except lebron) felt distracted.
-Bazemore is wearing his warm-up pants very high. To like.

Another rivalry that has arisen out of nowhere has been between Silver Screen & Roll and that same Grizzlies fan base. For some reason they took issue with our calling the losses in Memphis embarrassing. In our own way, we’re having a bit of fun with those concerns and took a closer look at a Memphis team that I’d like, quite frankly, the Lakers to avoid in the playoffs.
Keith is still a little nervous about playing against LeBron James and Anthony Davis in a seven game streak, but I think Memphis is clearly the better team, and a streak would only prove it more.
Finally, we finished with some thoughts on youth sport, and the way umpires are treated and I promise you the sequel is pretty natural.
